These terms govern the relationship between AlteaCloud ("Provider") and its customers ("Client") for website, online store, and hosting services.
1. Services
AlteaCloud provides:
- Website and online store development
- Web hosting and domain registration
- SEO optimization and consulting
- Website maintenance and updates
2. Process & Timelines
The standard delivery time for the "Start" package is 5 business days from receipt of all required materials. Larger projects are scheduled individually.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made by bank transfer or online. The Client pays only after official approval of the completed project ("0% risk" principle).
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client receives full rights to source code, design, and files. AlteaCloud reserves the right to display the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
5. Warranty & Support
We provide 30 days of free support for small fixes after launch. This does not include new functionality or major design changes.
6. Liability
AlteaCloud is not liable for:
- Losses due to Client misuse of the site
- Issues caused by third parties (hosting, payment systems, Google)
- Indirect damages beyond the amount actually paid for the service
7. Confidentiality
We treat client data confidentially. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. The Client pays for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved out of court or, if necessary, at the competent court in Sofia.
