Website for
an accounting firm.

Accounting is bought on trust. Someone starting a business or looking for a new accountant asks “what exactly do you do?”, “what will it cost me?” and “how do we get started?”. The website of an independent accountant or a firm with a team should answer those three questions in plain language, without jargon, and collect an enquiry with enough detail for you to reply with a concrete quote. Fixed price and about 5 working days.

Eight things
that lead to an enquiry.

A client entrusts the firm with their documents and their numbers. The site should be as orderly as you'd expect your work to be.

  • Services, described clearlyBookkeeping, payroll, company formation, sales tax or VAT registration and tax filings — each service on its own page: what it includes, who it's for and how the work begins.
  • Monthly packages — if you publish themPackages laid out in a table by type of business and volume of documents, easy to compare and to change through the CMS. If you'd rather quote on request, the page says what the price depends on.
  • A form that collects what you needIt asks for the type of business, the main activity and the approximate number of documents a month — so you reply with a concrete quote, not a string of follow-up questions.
  • The team and credentialsWho stands behind the numbers: names, roles, qualifications and memberships. We show only what you actually hold and have confirmed.
  • A link to your document exchangeA “Send documents” button to the cloud folder or software you already use with your clients. It's not a client portal of its own — it links the tool you already have.
  • A “Company formation” pageSetting up a new company is a concrete reason to look for an accountant. A dedicated page describes what you offer and how the work begins, and leads to an enquiry.
  • A blog for deadlines and changesShort articles on deadlines and changes that affect small businesses. You write them — we can prepare a draft, and you check and approve every fact and deadline before it's published.
  • Office hours and contactsYour address on the map, opening hours, email and a form — and clarity on when you're available for meetings. Clients know what to expect before the first message.

Three paths for the firm,
one price up front.

Prices are in euros and fixed — what we agree is what you pay.

    Day 5

Questions from
accounting firms.

Honest answers, the kind we'd give a friend over coffee.

  • Can we publish package prices?

If you like, yes. Monthly packages are laid out in a table by type of business and volume of documents, and the prices are yours to change through the CMS. If you'd rather quote on request, the page explains what the price depends on, and the form collects the details needed for a quote.

  • Will clients be able to upload documents through the site?

The site is not a client portal. It links with a button to the tool you already use to exchange documents — a cloud folder, accounting software or something else. If you have a more specific requirement, mention it in the brief and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

  • What should the enquiry form ask?

Just enough for you to reply with a quote: type of business, main activity, approximate number of documents a month, plus a name and a way to reach them. No more is needed — a shorter form is easier to fill in, and you approve every question in it.

  • Who writes the articles on deadlines and changes?

You do — it's your professional field. We can prepare a draft and format it, but you check and approve every fact, deadline and word before it goes out. The site launches in about 5 working days, and you can add articles afterwards.
