Industry websites · Hotels & guesthouses

Website for a hotel
or guesthouse.

Guests choose where to stay by the photos, the clear terms and how easy it is to get in touch. A hotel or guesthouse website should show the rooms, take date enquiries and give guests their own direct way to reach you — alongside the big booking platforms. That's exactly what we build: fixed price, about 5 working days.

Eight things
that lead to an enquiry.

Guests compare places from the couch or the beach, on their phone. Your site has a few minutes to show what they get and how to reach you.

  • A page for every roomA separate page for each room type: photos, number of guests, beds, amenities and the view. Guests know what they're getting before they write to you.
  • Date enquiriesA form for check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and a message. You check availability and reply with a price your own way — the form sends an enquiry, it doesn't guarantee a booking.
  • A link to your booking systemIf you already use a booking engine or channel manager, the site sends guests to it with a clear “Book now” button. What can technically be connected is settled in the quote — we don't promise integrations with specific products up front.
  • A direct path to youGuests who found you on Google, Facebook or through a recommendation need somewhere to reach you without a middleman. The site is that channel of your own — next to the platforms, not instead of them.
  • Location and how to get thereA map, directions by car and public transport, parking information and what's nearby — beach, ski slope, sights, restaurants. Guests plan their stay before they've booked.
  • Multiple languages for international guestsRooms, terms and directions in English and in the other languages your guests write to you in. Which languages, and how far the translated pages go, is settled in the quote.
  • Seasonal offersA block or page for a seasonal offer — peak season, summer, holidays — with the dates, what's included and how to enquire. On the Corporate and Portfolio sites you update it yourself through the CMS.
  • Reviews, and fast on mobileWe show only real guest reviews you actually have — nothing invented. Pages are responsive and load quickly on mobile, because that's where many guests browse.

Three ways
to show off your place.

Prices are in euros and fixed — what we agree is what you pay.

From brief to launch
in about five days.

A clear process — no surprises, no delays. You know what's happening every day.

  1. 01

    Brief & strategy

You submit a brief and we talk through your property — the rooms, the seasons, your guests' languages, how you take bookings and which channels bring them in. You get a short summary and a direction.

    Day 1
  2. 02

    Design & look

We create the first visual mockup — structure, typography, components. You review it and give feedback.

    Day 2
  3. 03

    Build & content

We build the site and set up SSL, the enquiry form, SEO meta tags and Google Analytics. We lay out the room pages around your photos and amenities, and if you don't have descriptions we write them with Google in mind.

    Day 3 – 4
  4. 04

    Test & launch

Testing on phone, tablet and desktop, final polish and launch. You get training to manage the site yourself.

    Day 5

Questions from
hoteliers and hosts.

Honest answers, the kind we'd give a friend over coffee.

  • Do we have to stop using the big booking platforms?

No. The site doesn't ask you to give anything up — it adds a channel of your own next to them. A guest who finds you on Google or by recommendation can contact you directly, while everyone else keeps finding you where they're used to. We can't promise how many direct bookings you'll get: it depends on the place, the price and the season.

  • Can guests book and pay straight from the site?

The site takes date enquiries and you confirm the booking. If you use a booking system, we connect the site to it with a button or a link. Whether a specific system can be embedded in the page itself is something we assess in the quote — we don't promise integration with a particular product up front.

  • Which languages should the site be in?

It depends on your guests: usually English plus the language most of them write to you in. Each language is a separate version with the same content, and its scope and price are settled in the quote.

  • Will we be able to update prices and offers ourselves?

Yes, on the Corporate and Portfolio sites (WordPress CMS): you change text, photos, prices and seasonal offers yourself, and training is included. For a landing page built for a specific campaign, we agree up front how changes are made.
