A website for
a fitness studio.

Someone searching for a gym or a yoga studio wants to see three things: when the classes are, what it costs and how to try a first session. The site has to show the schedule, the prices of memberships and passes, and a trial class form — on a phone, often at the very moment of decision. We build exactly that — fixed price and about 5 working days.

Eight things
that lead to the first workout.

The decision about a gym is made fast, often from a phone. The site has to answer “when,” “how much” and “how do I start.”

  • Class scheduleA weekly timetable by day and time — group classes, yoga or whatever you offer — in a table that reads well on a phone. You change it yourself through the CMS when the schedule changes.
  • Memberships and pricesClass packs, monthly and annual memberships — with a clear price and what each includes. If you prefer some prices to be “on request,” we show them that way.
  • Trainers and specialtiesPhoto, specialty and a short intro for each trainer. A new member chooses not just a gym but a person to train with.
  • Trial class formA short form for the first session: name, contact and the class the person is interested in. You set the terms of the trial visit.
  • Online bookingA form to reserve a spot in a class, or a button to the booking app the studio already uses — as far as the app allows a connection from outside.
  • Memberships and passes onlineIf you want people to buy a membership without coming in, we sell it through an online store with online payment. Automatic subscription renewal we settle separately in the quote.
  • A gallery of the spacePhotos of the gym floor, the locker rooms and the equipment — they show a newcomer whether they'll like the place before they visit. Real photos of your studio work best.
  • Hours, map and parkingOpening hours, your address on the map and a short note on where to park or how to get there by public transit — the small things that decide whether someone comes after work.

Three paths,
one price up front.

Prices are in euros and fixed — what we agree on is what you pay.

    Day 5

Questions from
fitness studios.

Honest answers, the kind we'd give a friend over coffee.

  • Can I change the schedule and prices myself?

Yes. The Corporate Website runs on a WordPress CMS — the schedule, membership prices, trainers and photos are changed by you, and training is included. A new seasonal schedule or a price change goes up in minutes, with no waiting and no paying for every edit.

  • Can clients book online?

Yes, in two ways: with a form to reserve a spot, where you receive the request and confirm it, or with a button to the booking app the studio already uses. Connecting depends on what the app itself allows, and we settle it in the brief. If you don't have one, the form is perfectly enough.

  • Can I sell memberships and passes online?

Yes — with the WooCommerce Online Store package. Memberships and passes are products with a price and online payment. Automatic subscription renewal, where payment is collected every period without a new order, is an extra feature and we settle it in the quote.

  • What should I prepare — photos, texts?

The most valuable things are real photos of the gym and the trainers, the weekly schedule, the membership prices and the terms of the trial visit. We show your actual place, not stock photos. If you don't have copy, we write it, with Google search in mind.
