Website for
a beauty salon.
A new client searches Google for a salon near them, looks at the photos, the prices and the team, and wants to book right away — without waiting for someone to pick up the phone. The website of a beauty or hair salon should show the services with clear prices, lead to an appointment request and prove the quality with real work. That's exactly what we build: fixed price, about 5 working days.
Eight things
that lead to a booked appointment.
Choosing a salon is personal and visual. The site should show who works with you, what they do and what it costs — before the client has picked up the phone.
- Services with a clear price listEvery service with a short description, duration and price — exact or “from”. Clients see what a cut, a color or a manicure costs and don't write just to ask the price.
- Online appointment bookingAn enquiry form — service, preferred day and time, name — or a button to the booking app the salon already uses. You confirm the appointment; we don't promise to embed a specific app.
- The team and each specialistA profile for each stylist, beautician or nail technician: photo, specialty and the services they do. Clients with a regular stylist look for them by name.
- A gallery of real workHairstyles, manicures and treatments, sorted by service and quick on a phone. Only your genuine work — with the client's consent where their face is recognizable.
- Instagram connected to the siteA visible link to your Instagram profile, so a client who saw you there lands on the prices and booking. The profile and the site complement each other instead of duplicating.
- Gift vouchersA voucher for a service or a set amount: in the simple version the client orders it through a form, and with the online store it's bought and paid for directly on the site.
- Opening hours and mapYour address on the map, a landmark to help people find you and opening hours that match your Google Business Profile — clients shouldn't have to compare two different versions.
- Book or message in one tapA booking and message button that is always in sight. When a client decides to book, they shouldn't have to hunt for contact details or scroll.
Three paths,
by the size of the salon.
Prices are in euros and fixed — what we agree is what you pay.
| Package | Price | Which salon it's for | More |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing page | €250 | A small salon or independent stylist: services with prices, contact details, a map and booking on a single page — fast, with no unnecessary subpages | All prices → |
| Corporate site | from €450 | A salon with a team and more services: pages for services, team, gallery and contact — 5–10 pages and a CMS so you can update prices and photos yourself | All prices → |
| WooCommerce online store | from €600 | If you sell cosmetics or gift vouchers online: a store with orders and payment on the site, ready in about 5 working days | All prices → |

A clear process — no surprises, no delays. You know what's happening every day.
-
01
Brief & strategy
You submit a brief and we talk through your salon — the services and prices, the team, how you take appointments and what work you want to show. You get a short summary and a direction.
Day 1 -
02
Design & look
We create the first visual mockup — structure, typography, components. You review it and give feedback.
Day 2 -
03
Build & content
We build the site and set up SSL, the booking form, SEO meta tags and Google Analytics. We lay out the price list and team profiles clearly, and if you don't have service descriptions we write them with Google in mind.
Day 3 – 4 -
04
Test & launch
Testing on phone, tablet and desktop, final polish and launch. You get training to manage the site yourself.
Day 5
Questions from
beauty salons.
Honest answers, the kind we'd give a friend over coffee.
-
Can we keep the booking app we already use?
Yes. If the salon works with a booking app or calendar, the site links to it with a clear “Book now” button. If you don't have one, we start with a simple enquiry form and you confirm the appointment by phone or text. Whether a specific app can be embedded in the page is something we assess up front — we don't promise integration with a particular product.
-
How do we show prices that depend on hair length or the treatment?
With a “from” price, or with a few rows for the different options — short and long hair, for example — and a note that the exact price is confirmed at a consultation. That way the client has a reference point and no surprises, and you're not tied to a single price for every case.
-
Can we show photos of clients?
Only with the person's consent when their face is recognizable in the photo. That's why we recommend work shot without faces — a hairstyle from behind, hands, nails — or photos with consent. We help you arrange the gallery, but you collect the consents.
-
Can we sell vouchers and cosmetics online?
Yes, with the WooCommerce Online Store package: products and vouchers are bought and paid for on the site. If you only want vouchers for now, you can start with an enquiry form and see whether there's interest — the store is a next step we can discuss at any time.
