Website for
a dental clinic.

Someone searching “dentist near me” compares clinics on their phone: who the dentist is, what a visit looks like and how hard it is to book an appointment. The website of a clinic — a large one or an independent practice — should answer those questions calmly, in plain language, and lead to an appointment request. You approve every text before it is published. Fixed price and about 5 working days.

Eight things
that put the patient at ease.

A patient chooses a clinic before walking into it. The site should give clear enough answers for them to book an appointment.

  • A page for every treatmentPreventive care, restorative work, implants, orthodontics — whatever you offer: a separate page for each treatment, explaining in plain words what it involves and what a visit looks like. You choose which treatments are shown.
  • The dentists and their backgroundA photo, specialty and professional biography for each dentist — only details that they have confirmed themselves. People want to know whose hands they'll be in.
  • Appointment requestsA simple request form, or a “Book appointment” button to the booking system the clinic already uses. We don't build a new system — we connect what you have.
  • Prices — if you decide to publish themIndicative prices for an exam and selected treatments in a tidy table you change yourself through the CMS. If you'd rather not show them, an invitation to a consultation takes their place. The decision is yours.
  • “Before” and “after” photos — with rulesIf the clinic wants to show results, photos are published only with the patient's written consent. Otherwise the gallery shows the practice, the equipment and the team.
  • A form that asks for minimal personal dataThe contact form asks for a name, a way to reach the patient and a convenient time — not for health details. A clear privacy notice sits next to it, and you approve its wording.
  • Opening hours, map and parkingThe address on the map, appointment hours, how to get there and where to park. Patients shouldn't have to call to find out where to come.
  • A blog answering patients' questionsShort articles on the questions patients ask most often. The content comes from your dentists; we format it and publish it only after you approve it.

Three paths for the clinic,
one price up front.

Prices are in euros and fixed — what we agree is what you pay.

    Day 5

Questions from
dental clinics.

Honest answers, the kind we'd give a friend over coffee.

  • Can we keep the appointment system we already have?

In most cases, yes. The site can send patients with a “Book appointment” button to your system, or collect requests through a simple form that your front desk answers. We don't build a new booking system — in the brief you tell us what you use, and we tell you honestly how to connect it.

  • Who writes the text for treatments and dentists?

The clinical content comes from you — from the dentists who know it. We can help with the structure and the wording so it's clear to a patient, but nothing is published before you've approved it.

  • Can we show “before” and “after” photos?

Yes — a gallery is possible. Photos are published only with the patient's written consent, which the clinic collects and keeps. If you'd rather not show results, the gallery can be of the practice, the equipment and the team.

  • What should I prepare, and how long does it take?

Prepare photos of the practice and team, a list of the treatments you want to feature, opening hours and a short biography of each dentist — whatever they have approved themselves. Most projects launch in about 5 working days, and the price is agreed up front.
