A website for
a restaurant or café.

Before they book or walk past, people search Google for the menu, the opening hours and where you are — and they do it from their phone. A restaurant or café website should show the menu as readable text, not a photo or a PDF, lead to a reservation or a call, and match your Google profile. That's exactly what we build — a fixed price and about 5 working days.

Eight things
that bring in guests.

A restaurant website isn't a PDF menu. It has to answer, in a few seconds, someone standing on the street with a phone in hand, deciding where to eat tonight.

  • The menu as text on the pageDishes, drinks and prices as plain text, not an image or a PDF: easy to read on a phone, no pinch-zooming, and Google can read it. If you list allergens, we show them next to the dish — you confirm the content.
  • Table reservationsA booking form — date, time, party size and name — or a button to the reservation system you already use. The form sends an inquiry; confirmation stays with you.
  • Hours and mapMap address, opening hours and holiday closures — the same as in your Google Business Profile, so guests never see two versions or arrive at a closed door.
  • Photos of food and interiorReal photos of the dishes, the dining room and the patio, in a gallery that doesn't slow the page. Guests choose with their eyes too — so the photos are yours, not stock.
  • Delivery linksIf you work with delivery platforms, the site links to them with a visible “Order” button. If you want your own orders, see the online store package below.
  • Menu in other languagesFor tourist areas and international guests: the menu and key pages in the languages you choose, so a visitor from abroad understands what they're ordering. We settle the languages in the quote.
  • Events & private bookingsA page for birthdays, company dinners and private events — what the room is for, how many it seats and how to inquire. You set the specific terms and prices.
  • One-tap callingA call button, always in sight: a guest who wants a table tonight shouldn't have to hunt for the number.

A clear process — no surprises, no delays. Every day you know what's happening.

  1. 01

    Brief & strategy

You submit a brief and we discuss your venue — the menu, the opening hours, how you take reservations and what you want guests to see first. You get a short summary and a direction.

  2. 02

    Design & visuals

We create the first visual draft — structure, typography, components. You review it and give feedback.

    Day 2

    Development & content

We build the site and set up SSL, the reservation form, SEO meta tags and Google Analytics. We lay the menu out as text, and if you don't have dish descriptions, we write them with Google in mind.

  4. 04

    Testing & launch

Testing on phone, tablet and desktop, final polish and launch. You get training to manage the site yourself.

    Day 5

Questions from
restaurant owners.

Honest answers, the kind we'd give a friend over coffee.

  • Can the menu be a PDF?

We can add a printable PDF too, but the main menu works better as text on the page: it reads on a phone without zooming, Google can read it and show it in search, and changing a price or a dish takes minutes. On the corporate site you edit the menu yourself through the WordPress CMS, and training is included.

  • How does table reservation work?

There are two options. A form on the site — the guest sends a date, time, party size and name, you receive the inquiry by email and confirm it the way you already work. Or a button that links to the reservation system you already use. The form doesn't lock in a table automatically: confirmation stays with you.

  • Why should opening hours match Google?

If the site says one thing and your Google profile says another, guests turn up at a closed door and leave a bad review. So at launch we check the opening hours, address and contact details on the site and in your profile together, so they're the same everywhere.

  • Can we take orders ourselves, without a delivery platform?

Yes — with the “WooCommerce Online Store” package, guests order straight from the site and pay online or on pickup. The orders are yours and there's no platform commission; payment processor fees are separate. Organizing the delivery — a courier or your own driver — stays with you.
